The story of the origin of all existence through the eyes of Charon, the ferryman of the dead.
Large puppets of mythical beings, a fiery underworld full of sparks, a dancing stilt-walker, and intricate choreography with glowing and fiery props.
This street, dance-acrobatic performance is loosely inspired by the ancient Greek myth of the world’s creation as described by Robert Graves.
“From the initial chaos arose the goddess Eurynome. To find support for her feet, she separated the sea from the sky and began to dance, creating the world. Rubbing the wind in her hands, she gave life to the serpent Ophion, who began to coil around her until they finally merged, giving birth to the egg of the Universe, from which everything surrounding us was hatched.”
